I grew up in MI.  Let me tell you, it was a hell of a lot easier to be a Democrat in Michigan than Florida.

The national party completely fucked FL Democrats this year.  Let me tell you, it would not be 57-38 McCain over Obama if the DNC had played by the rulebook and allowed one-half seating and campaigning in the state.  But apparently because Donna Brazile and Howard Dean's egos bruise easily, they decided to take FL Dems out back and shoot them because they voted for a paper trail.

Maybe national partisans don't realize this, but in 2006, we lost a house seat because of this lack of a paper trail for FL electronic voting machines.  Look up Christine Jennings.  18,000 electronic ballots were lost from Democratic strongholds and could not be recovered due to the lack of a paper trail.

The whole mess is just one big showcase of the DNC shooting itself in the foot.  The last concern of any of those people is the voices of Florida voters.  Pathetic.
